Pricing
How much do movers cost in Dubai?
A studio or 1 BHK move typically costs AED 499–900, a 2 BHK AED 900–1,500, and a 3-bedroom villa AED 1,800–2,800. Volume, access, distance and packing affect the final fixed quote.
Is the quote fixed, or can it change on moving day?
The written quote is fixed for the surveyed scope. Any added items or services are agreed with you in writing before work continues.
Do you charge extra for weekends or public holidays?
Weekend, holiday, evening and overnight slots are available without a scheduling premium.
Booking
How far in advance should I book my move?
Three to five days is comfortable for an apartment and seven to ten days for a villa. Book earlier for month-end; same-day slots may be available.
Do you offer a free survey?
Yes. Choose an on-site survey or a WhatsApp video walkthrough. The survey is free and helps us provide a fixed written price.
Can you move me on the same day?
Often, especially for small moves and single items, subject to crew availability. Send the addresses and a list of items on WhatsApp.
Service
Do you provide packing materials?
Yes. Cartons, wrap, packing paper, wardrobe boxes and tape are included in the quoted scope. Materials-only supply is also available.
Will you dismantle and reassemble my furniture?
Yes. Beds, wardrobes, tables, desks and shelving can be dismantled, transported and rebuilt.
Do you handle the NOC and building approvals?
We coordinate moving NOCs, insurance documents, crew lists and service-lift bookings for both properties.
Insurance
Is my furniture insured during the move?
Goods-in-transit cover is included. Declare high-value contents before the survey so suitable extra cover can be quoted.
What happens if something is damaged?
Report it to your move coordinator with photographs within 48 hours. The item can then be assessed for repair, replacement or an insurance claim.
Logistics
How long does a move take?
A studio or 1 BHK usually takes 3–5 hours, a 2–3 BHK apartment 5–8 hours, and a villa typically a full day.
Do you move between emirates?
Yes. We cover all seven emirates, with same-day transit for standard household volumes.
Can you store my belongings between properties?
Yes. Climate-controlled storage is available from one week, with inventory, collection and redelivery.
What items will you not move?
We cannot transport flammable or explosive materials, corrosive chemicals, ammunition or perishable food. Ask us about pets and plants separately.
